I am going to keep people updated on the status of i-55's network here.
During the storm, we never lost power or connectivity in our datacenter. There will be some expected downtime for our customers as power and telephone service is being restored in the areas hit by Hurricane Katrina. We are working around the clock to restore service to all of our customers.
If you have questions about when service will be restored to your area, please post them here and I will do my best to find the answers.

I live in Tupelo, MS and have not been able to connect through normal channels. Today I loaded a JUNO disc to get online. Once online, I somehow connected to my homepage with I-55 and was able to view my e-mail.
I know you guys are doing all you can and I appreciate your efforts. Any idea when the normal connection from Tupelo will be available?

i have a question,which might sound silly,but i am not that computor savy,thankfully Chad is an ole buddy of mine,and used to my questions...
i have a website,www.lawsonworks.com,it is provided by network solutions...
i 55 provides my email service from the website to my email...
alot of my emails from john@lawsonworks.com do not seem to be going thru,is that because i 55 is down,or is there another problem,if so can you help...
could you be so kind as to email me your responce,as my home was destroyed in new orleans,and i am checking messages on other poeples emails...
do you all have a phone # as well,it wouldn't be bad for me to talk to someone....
