Well, I am camped out in Jackson, MS. It took me 5 hours to make it 120 miles Sunday night. I had debated turning around and going back to Hammond, but now that they are not supposed to have power for at least a week, I think I made the right choice. 5 hours of my time is worth conditioned air.

I only lost power for about 5 minutes on Monday afternoon. Other than that, power, cable and Internet have been up the entire time. I am part of the 3% of Jackson that had power Tuesday night. I feel like I have won the lottery or something.
